You will work closely with business stakeholders, security teams, and technical specialists to translate business requirements into secure and scalable identity solutions.\nYour work may include IAM strategy development, architecture design, governance models, solution roadmaps, and guiding implementation projects across identity lifecycle management, access governance, authentication, authorization, and privileged access management.\nAs a trusted advisor, you will help clients navigate complex identity challenges and support their journey towards modern identity and Zero Trust security models.\nWe're looking for professionals who don't just design solutions but drive strategic identity initiatives and lead them to success.\nThis is a full-time position with the flexibility to work from home or any of our offices across Sweden or Finland (Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Västerås, Örebro, Skövde, Espoo, Tampere, Lahti and Kuopio).\nWhat are we looking for?To succeed in this role, you should have:\nDeep expertise within the IAM domain\n\nExperience designing enterprise IAM architectures and roadmaps\n\nUnderstanding of identity lifecycle management, authentication, authorization, and access governance\n\nExperience translating business requirements into secure and scalable IAM solutions\n\nAbility to engage with both technical and business stakeholders\n\nExperience working in complex enterprise environments\n\nProfessional working proficiency in English\n\nFluency in either Swedish or Finnish, as many of our customer engagements are conducted in local languages\n\nMerited skillsExperience with platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint, Saviynt, OpenText, Omada, Ping Identity, CyberArk, or similar solutions\n\nUnderstanding of Zero Trust principles\n\nExperience in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP)\n\nKnowledge of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Identity Threat Detection & Response (ITDR)\n\nRelevant certifications\n\nPrevious consulting or advisory experience\n\nAdditionally, we value curiosity, strong communication skills, and the ability to take ownership of architecture initiatives in complex and highly regulated environments.\nWhy join Epical?
