The ideal candidate will bring strong financial analysis and project management expertise, with a deep understanding of financial systems and business processes. In this role, you'll look internally to understand our operating environment and its financial impact while scanning external trends to identify growth opportunities and design strategic solutions.\n\nLocation/Hours\n\nLocation: Mumbai\nShift: UK shift (3:00 PM to 12:00 AM)\nWeekend offs: Saturday and Sunday\n\nJob Responsibilities / Expectations\n\nConduct financial analysis to support business decision-making, including forecasting, budgeting, and trend analysis \n\nDevelop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and business plans \n\nEvaluate the financial impact of business decisions and provide recommendations to improve financial performance \n\nPrepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders \n\nConduct macroeconomic research, market and competitor research to formulate business strategies \n\nEvaluate capital expenditures and asset depreciation \n\nDevelop and maintain reports to provide insights into call center performance and trends \n\nAnalyze business and operations data to identify opportunities for process improvement \n\nParticipate in projects and initiatives, such as technology upgrades and process improvements \n\nUnderstand the current internal operating environment, related metrics, and their financial impact \n\nHelp design solutions to improve operations and create monitoring mechanisms \n\nStudy business trends and identify growth areas\n\nMinimum Qualifications\n\nFull-time MBA in Finance (mandatory) \n\nStrong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis using Excel \n\nExcellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills \n\nExcellent communication and presentation skills \n\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously \n\nProven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis \n\nDesired Qualifications\n\n1-2 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles \n\nExperience in the financial services or BPM industry \n\nStrong understanding of call center metrics and operational KPIs \n\nAbility to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights\n\nWhy Join Epicenter?\n\nWe believe in investing in our people.
