Join Epicenter.\n\nAbout the Job\n\nWe're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to support our day-to-day purchasing activities. In this role, you'll be responsible for vendor coordination, quotation analysis, purchase order management, and ensuring the timely availability of goods and services required for business operations. You'll work closely with internal teams and vendors to maintain efficient procurement processes while supporting cost optimization and compliance.\n\nLocation/Hours\n\nLocation: Mumbai (Bhayandar)\nShift: Flexible with shift timings.\n\nJob Responsibilities / Expectations\n\nManage manpower ratios and define career paths.\n\nFacilitate multiskilling, job rotation, and leadership development.\n\nLead performance management and career planning initiatives.\n\nDrive organizational and individual G&O (Goals & Objectives) setting aligned to business strategy.\n\nLead performance management programs and initiatives.\n\nConduct talent potential and criticality reviews; build skill repositories.\n\nEstablish Reward & Recognition guidelines; ensure optimal utilization linked to performance enhancement.\n\nDesign and deploy incentive structures, performance- and retention-linked programs, and career progression models.\n\nCollaborate with Business/Function Heads to execute HR business plans and embed a performance-driven culture.\n\nAudit and Compliance\n\nSupport HR information security audits and DPA compliance aligned with ISO27001.\n\nFacilitate compliance with labour laws and coordinate inspections with external authorities.\n\nSupport BCP (Business Continuity Planning) and DR (Disaster Recovery) practices from an HR standpoint.\n\nTalent Engagement\n\nDevelop, implement, and manage people policies and guidelines.\n\nEnsure an effective grievance redressal mechanism and report on its operational efficiency.\n\nConduct employee satisfaction surveys and drive action planning.\n\nFacilitate employee self-service tools.\n\nCollaborate with business, compliance, and legal teams on complex employee issues.\n\nLead employee retention initiatives and manage attrition.\n\nDrive employee engagement programs including fun activities, CSR events, and cultural celebrations.\n\nHR Review and Reporting\n\nProvide periodic business-level HR metric reporting (headcount, attrition analysis, compensation variances, ESS scorecards, etc.).\n\nReport key HR metrics at the organizational/board level as required.\n\nParticipate in HR reviews with business leadership.\n\nBenchmark and implement HR best practices from the industry.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\n\nMBA / PG Diploma in human Resources Management.\n\nDesired Qualifications\n\nHigh technical competency (Compensation Management, Employee - Relations Management)\n\nProactive and sound level of business knowledge.\n\nSound knowledge of human resources strategies & procedures\n\nLabor Law\n\nPayroll and Compliance\n\nWhy Join Epicenter?\n\nWe believe in investing in our people.
