Join Epicenter.\n\nAbout the Job\n\nWe're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented LPO Trainer to drive training and development across our BPO operations. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating, delivering, and evaluating comprehensive training programs for both new hires and existing employees. You'll work closely with operations teams to enhance product knowledge, strengthen process adherence, and elevate overall performance to meet key business objectives.\n\nLocation/Hours\n\nLocation: Mumbai (Bhayandar)\nShift: Flexible with shift timings.\n\nJob Responsibilities / Expectations\n\nTraining Delivery\n\nConduct process training programs for new hires\n\nDeliver refresher, upskilling, and cross-skilling sessions.\n\nFacilitate classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training.\n\nEnsure trainees understand process guidelines, SOPs, and compliance requirements.\n\nContent Development\n\nDevelop and update training materials, presentations, assessments, and job aids.\n\nIncorporate process updates and client requirements into training content.\n\nCreate engaging learning activities and role-play exercises.\n\nPerformance Monitoring\n\nAssess trainee performance through evaluations.\n\nIdentify knowledge gaps and recommend corrective actions.\n\nTrack training effectiveness and report training outcomes.\n\nStakeholder Collaboration\n\nWork closely with Operations, Quality, and HR teams.\n\nSupport process transitions and new client implementations.\n\nProvide coaching and feedback to employees and team leaders.\n\nQuality & Compliance\n\nEnsure all training programs align with client and organizational standards.\n\nMaintain training records, attendance, and certification data.\n\nSupport audit and compliance requirements.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\n\nBachelor's degree in any discipline.\n\n1 to 2 years of experience in training.\n\nPrior experience with LPO process processes.\n\nRequired Skills\n\nExcellent communication and presentation skills.\n\nStrong facilitation and coaching abilities.\n\nKnowledge of adult learning principles.\n\nProficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).\n\nAnalytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple training batches and deadlines.\n\nWhy Join Epicenter?\n\nWe believe in investing in our people.
