In this role, you will drive customer-centric outcomes, enhance operational efficiency, and build a high-performance culture.\nYou will be responsible for coaching, motivating, and developing team members while\nensuring delivery on key scorecard metrics.\n\nLocation/Hours\n\nLocation: Bhayandar West\nShift: Rotational US Shifts\n\nJob Responsibilities / Expectations\n\nPlan, monitor, and manage team performance on scorecard metrics with a focus onexceeding targets.\n\nMake timely, accurate, and fact-based decisions under pressure or challenging conditions.\n\nMaintain a strong orientation toward customer experience while ensuring processcompliance.\n\nCoach team members through structured action plans to enhance individual and overallteam performance.\n\nLead and manage assigned projects within defined timelines and KPIs.\n\nFoster a high-energy, engaging, and motivating work environment.\n\nDrive employee engagement, manage attrition, and support ESAT initiatives.\n\nBuild a culture of recognition and high performance, ensuring consistent motivationacross the team.\n\nAddress and resolve employee concerns with urgency, empathy, and accuracy.\n\nProvide ongoing career development, coaching, and counseling for team members.\n\nMinimum qualifications\n\nStrong experience in international collections\n\nExcellent MIS skills; proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint\n\nStrong analytical and logical reasoning abilities\n\nExcellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills\n\nDemonstrated leadership competencies, including ownership, accountability, andproactiveness\n\nMinimum Graduate\n\nFlexibility to work in rotational US shifts\n\nDesired qualifications\n\nPrior experience leading collection teams in a fast-paced environment\n\nAbility to manage high-pressure scenarios and drive team results\n\nExperience in creating development plans and handling performance management\n\nStrong capability in team engagement and retention strategies\n\nWhy Join Epicenter?\n\nJoin an organization that values performance, growth, and people-first leadership.
