You’ll work on strategic initiatives that matter: M&A integration, corporate strategy, governance, and operating model design. This is your chance to learn how large-scale transformations are executed across multiple countries and entities.\nExposure to strategic transformation and post-merger integration at group level\n\nWork closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams\n\nLearn how to structure complex topics and communicate at C-level\n\nHybrid, international environment with colleagues across EU hubs\n\nAbout the team\nYou’ll join the Transformation & Integration Management Office (TIMO), reporting to our Chief Integration Officer and collaborating with Legal, Finance, HR, Product & Engineering and Risk teams.
