The Product Developer, Sr works with other areas of the business to provide recommendations and mentors other team members.\nWhat You Will Do:\nDesign, develop, test to support product features independently.\nParticipate in architecture and design reviews for the functionalities and production workflows.\nBuild and maintain data pipelines, training pipelines \nCreate tooling and automation that support model lifecycle, CI/CD process\nDrive best practices for reproducibility, testing, and model governance.\nMentor and train other developers on AI concepts, tools.\nProduce estimates for AI-related work and deliver on time with high quality.\nDesign, develop, test, and should be capable of deploying AI/ML models and services to support product features.\nWhat You Will Need to Succeed:\nExpertise in applied AI/ML models; strong practical experience with model development, evaluation, and deployment.\nProficiency in C# .Net and AI/ML frameworks\nProficient in Angular and Typescript, HTML\nExpertise in SQL & Oracle databases.\nSolid software engineering skills: unit/integration testing, code review, refactoring, and design patterns.\nStrong analytical thinking and complex problem-solving ability.\nAttention to detail and commitment to high code quality and observability.\nMentorship skills and experience delivering formal/informal training.\nAbility and enthusiasm to learn new technologies and industry domains quickly.\nQualifications:\n5+ years of applicable software engineering experience with demonstrated success.\n2+ years of specialized experience in machine learning or AI engineering.\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.\nDemonstrated track record of shipping AI/ML features to production.\nPreferred:\nExperience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and related managed ML services.\nBackground in AI ethics, model fairness, or explainability.\nFamiliarity with domain-specific challenges for our products (e.g., manufacturing / process automation).\nGood to have knowledge on RestAPI, Microfocus Cobol and JavaScript.\n#LI-SH1 #Hybrid\nAbout Epicor\nAt Epicor, we’retruly a team.
