This role combines software engineering leadership, cloud identity platforms, and customer-facing delivery to support secure, scalable authentication and authorization services across Epicor products.\nWhat you will be doing:\nSupport the technical direction of the Epicor Identity Platform, contributing hands-on development and conducting pull request reviews\n\nSet objectives for the product development team, assign and prioritize work, and track progress across delivery milestones\n\nMentor and support software engineers through code reviews, coaching, and ongoing performance feedback\n\nPartner with product management to help define and execute the Identity Platform roadmap\n\nCollaborate with Epicor ERP partners and customers to support identity provider integrations and customer adoption\n\nContribute to cloud infrastructure initiatives, including migration from Azure Service Fabric to shared Kubernetes environments\n\nTrack team progress and prepare clear delivery and status updates for leadership\n\nWhat you will likely bring:\n7+ years of hands-on experience in C# and .NET development, including building scalable RESTful APIs using Entity Framework or EF Core\n\n5+ years of experience delivering solutions on Microsoft Azure, including Azure Service Fabric and Cosmos DB\n\nExperience working with identity and access management platforms, including Microsoft Entra (Azure Active Directory)\n\nStrong troubleshooting and debugging skills with experience resolving complex system and performance issues\n\nExperience with containerization and orchestration technologies, including Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions\n\nProficiency with Git, modern branching strategies, Agile or Scrum development methodologies, and secure coding practices\n\nStrong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders\n\nWhat could set you apart:\nExperience supporting infrastructure migration from Azure Service Fabric to Kubernetes\n\nHands-on experience delivering customer-facing identity integrations and working with third-party identity providers\n\nFamiliarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT to improve engineering efficiency\n\n#LI-MB2 #LI=HYBRID\nAbout Epicor\nAt Epicor, we’retruly a team.
