This role partners with cross-functional teams to solve operational problems, improve workflows, support root cause analysis, and maintain process documentation and change management practices.\nWhat you will be doing:\nAnalyze workflows, handoffs, pain points, and operational trends to identify improvement opportunities.\n\nDesign and document scalable processes, SOPs, controls, and change management materials.\n\nSupport root cause analysis and corrective actions for operational issues, escalations, and recurring gaps.\n\nCoordinate process support for new product introduction, go-to-market operations, ticket management, credit, royalties, and related initiatives.\n\nPartner with stakeholders to clarify requirements, align process changes, and support adoption.\n\nTrack process performance, demand, and improvement outcomes to support prioritization and capacity planning.\n\nBuild repeatable practices that improve resolution speed, scalability, and operational efficiency.\n\nWhat you will likely bring:\nStrong process analysis, workflow design, documentation, and problem-solving skills.\n\nKnowledge of Industrial Engineering methods, including process mapping, capacity analysis, time studies, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement.\n\nAbility to perform root cause analysis and translate findings into practical corrective actions.\n\nStrong collaboration skills across Product, Operations, PMO, IT, Billing, and Customer Operations.\n\nWorking knowledge of change management, process controls, metrics, and operational reporting.\n\nBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field\n\n3+ years experience documenting and improving cross-functional business processes.\n\n3+ years experience supporting operational issue resolution, root cause analysis, workflow optimization, and change management.\n\n#LI-EG1 #LI-HYBRID\nAbout Epicor\nAt Epicor, we’retruly a team.
