You will help maintain the reliability, availability, performance, and security of enterprise network services supporting business-critical SaaS environments across Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, and on-premises infrastructure.\nWhat You Will Be Doing\nSupport the implementation, administration, and ongoing operation of Epicor’s global cloud and enterprise networking infrastructure\n\nMaintain the reliability, availability, performance, and security of network services supporting production SaaS environments\n\nConfigure, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN environments, Palo Alto Networks firewalls, site-to-site and remote-access VPNs, load balancers, WAN optimization technologies, DNS, and other core network services\n\nDevelop and enhance network automation solutions using Infrastructure as Code and configuration management tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Git, and similar technologies\n\nParticipate in infrastructure deployments, migrations, upgrades, technology refresh initiatives, and other projects affecting global network environments\n\nMonitor network health, analyze performance trends, and recommend improvements that increase capacity, resilience, scalability, and operational efficiency\n\nProvide Tier 2 operational support, incident response, root cause analysis, and timely problem resolution for business-critical network infrastructure\n\nParticipate in an on-call rotation supporting production environments\n\nMaintain accurate network documentation, operational procedures, infrastructure standards, and configuration records across global environments\n\nCollaborate with cloud, infrastructure, security, application, and vendor teams to design and deliver reliable networking solutions\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve network provisioning, configuration management, and operational workflows through automation, standardization, documentation, and process improvement\n\nWhat You Will Need to Succeed\nStrong understanding of enterprise networking concepts, including routing, switching, firewalls, VPN technologies, DNS, authentication, load balancing, and network security\n\nExperience supporting Microsoft Azure and AWS networking services, including virtual networks, VPN connectivity, load balancing, security controls, and highly available cloud architectures\n\nWorking knowledge of Palo Alto Networks firewalls, enterprise monitoring tools, and network performance analysis in complex production environments\n\nExperience supporting highly available enterprise, SaaS, or large-scale cloud infrastructure\n\nWorking knowledge of Infrastructure as Code principles and automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar technologies\n\nFamiliarity with Git, pull request workflows, GitOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines used for infrastructure management\n\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills with the ability to resolve complex production issues\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to document technical solutions and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders\n\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment\n\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively within a global, cross-functional team\n\nStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build productive working relationships across departments and with external vendors\n\nQualifications\nRequired\n5+ years of experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure\n\n3+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Azure and/or AWS cloud networking environments\n\nExperience administering enterprise firewall platforms, VPN technologies, and network security solutions\n\nExperience supporting production environments requiring high availability and operational reliability\n\nDemonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver timely resolutions\n\nExperience implementing or supporting network automation using Terraform, Ansible, or similar Infrastructure as Code frameworks\n\nFamiliarity with Git-based source control, pull request workflows, and collaborative infrastructure management practices\n\nAbility to participate in an on-call rotation supporting business-critical production environments\n\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent education and relevant industry experience\n\nPreferred\nExperience supporting globally distributed enterprise infrastructure\n\nExperience with enterprise monitoring and network performance analysis tools\n\nExperience working within ITIL or another structured operational support environment\n\nExperience supporting SaaS or large-scale enterprise environments\n\nExposure to GitOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and network configuration management\n\nCisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or an equivalent networking certification\n\nMicrosoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or a higher-level Azure certification\n\nPalo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Administrator (PCNSA) or an equivalent certification\n\nAWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AWS Associate certification, or an
