This role requires exceptional coordination, clear communication, and a guest-first mindset to ensure each event runs smoothly and exceeds expectations. You'll work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver seamless experiences and foster repeat business.\nWhat you have\n2-4 year degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or event management.\nStrong knowledge of food & beverage, event operations, and room configurations.\nProficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and CI/TY (Marriott system preferred).\nExcellent communication skills (written and verbal).\nPrevious hospitality or hotel experience preferred.\nStrong time management and attention to detail\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple departments.\nAbility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.\nProfessional, polished, and highly organized.\nComfortable working under pressure and solving problems quickly.\nStrong team player and independent worker.\nWhat you’ll do\nManage the full lifecycle of events (group, catering, in-house) after sales contracting. \nAct as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments (Sales, Banquets, Culinary, etc.).\nPlan site visits, tastings, walkthroughs with clients, and a personalized welcome on day one of each event.\nPrepare all necessary documentation (BEOs, floor plans, trial event checks/group estimates, and group resumes) and complete all necessary activities for each quote.\nMonitor room blocks and manage food & beverage minimums and attrition.\nCollaborate with vendors and ensure insurance and compliance requirements are met.\nUpsell event enhancements and ensuring revenue opportunities are maximized.\nHost pre- and post-event meetings, be able during events, provide a smooth transition to operations.\nMaintain updated records in the sales system and ensure clear internal communication.\nWorks closely with accounting to ensure payments are received per the contract.\nReview client feedback through and follow up on service improvements.\nPhysical Demand\nAbility to sit or stand for extended periods of
