Come join us, and let the worldfeelyour work\nAs a Full Stack Engineer on our Monetization team, you'll help shape how millions of users discover and choose the Epidemic Sound plan that's right for them. Monetization owns everything from subscriptions and upsells to credit top-ups and add-ons - and we run on experimentation, testing hypotheses with real A/B tests.\nYou'll join two experienced full stack engineers on the team, working across the stack to ship new features and drive the adoption of our new backend. It's a role with real architectural scope: you'll help shape decisions on both the front end and back end as we build new features and retire legacy systems, all while working closely with the business leads who depend on what we build.\nYour key responsibilities include\nWriting production-ready code across the back end and front end-stable, well-tested, and built to last - to ship new features and advance our technical strategy\n\nReviewing code thoughtfully for engineers across the team and beyond\n\nParticipating in and leading technical discoveries, working through problems collaboratively rather than in isolation\n\nPartnering closely with a Product Manager to build a deep understanding of the product\n\nSharing in a company-wide on-call rotation (frequency is flexible)\n\nRequirements\n3+ years of hands-on experience building production software across the stack\n\nSolid backend experience in Go, or another modern backend language (Python, Java, or similar)\n\nFront-end experience writing clean, maintainable code in TypeScript and React\n\nComfortable in working AI-first, with agentic tools as part of everyday craft\n\nStrong communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of collaborating with others\n\nAn appetite to keep growing - both technically and in your understanding of product and business\n\nEqual opportunity employer\n We believe that bringing people together from different backgrounds, experiences and perspectives makes for a healthy workplace, a more successful business and a better world.
