Enabled by modern platforms and AI, you’ll do the most meaningful work of your career and see your impact at scale.\nJob Description:\nAs a Billing Analyst at Epiq Systems, Inc., you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our billing operations, contributing to the financial health of the company through meticulous data analysis and effective communication.\nJob Responsibilities:\nManage and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.\nOversee Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, including collections and reconciliations.\nCollaborate with various departments to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure data integrity.\nConduct financial reporting and analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.\nUtilize analytical thinking to interpret complex billing data and propose solutions.\nDevelop and maintain comprehensive documentation for billing processes and procedures.\nEnsure high accuracy in all billing activities to minimize errors and optimize revenue.\nSupport Accounts Payable Management activities as needed.\nProactively manage deadlines to ensure all billing cycles are completed efficiently.\nEngage in professional collaboration with team members and other stakeholders.\nCommunicate billing information clearly and concisely to internal and external parties.\n Job Qualifications:\nProven experience in Accounting, specifically with Accounts Receivable (AR) and Invoices.\nDemonstrated proficiency in Analytical Thinking and Data Analysis.\nStrong understanding of Financial Reporting and Analysis principles.\nExceptional organizational skills with a focus on Deadline Management and High Accuracy.\nExcellent Communication and Professional Collaboration abilities.\nExperience with Documentations and process improvement.\nFunctional Expertise in billing systems and financial software.\nAbility to communicate effectively in various settings, including public speaking when required.\nWhile not a primary focus, some experience in People Management is a plus.\nThe Compensation range for this role is $50,000 USD up to $65,000 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
