This role is responsible for the design, implementation, management, and continuous improvement of endpoint technologies including Windows and macOS operating systems, Citrix virtual desktop environments, Tanium endpoint management, JAMF device management, and enterprise OS imaging and deployment solutions.\nThe Lead Workspace Engineer partners closely with Infrastructure, Security, Service Desk, Application Support, and business teams to deliver secure, reliable, and highly available endpoint services. Responsibilities include endpoint lifecycle management, software deployment, patch management, operating system upgrades, endpoint security compliance, automation, and technical documentation. The Lead Workspace Engineer must possess deep technical expertise and a strong customer focus while supporting Epiq's global workforce and evolving business requirements.\nQualifications & Characteristics\nRequired Skills\nStrong understanding of ITIL and IT Service Management (ITSM) practices. \nExpert knowledge of Windows 11 administration and support. \nKnowledge of MacOS administration and support.\nExpert knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, Group Policy, and endpoint security controls. \nExpert knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops administration and troubleshooting. \nExpert knowledge of executing a strong patch management program.\nKnowledge of Tanium administration including Patch, Deploy, Asset, and Comply modules. \nKnowledge of JAMF Pro administration and macOS device management. \nExperience with Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, and Autopilot deployment methodologies. \nAdvanced troubleshooting skills for endpoint hardware, operating systems, applications, and virtual desktop environments. \nStrong understanding of endpoint security, vulnerability remediation, and compliance requirements. \nAbility to identify operational risks, single points of failure, and opportunities for service improvement. \nExcellent technical documentation, communication, and knowledge transfer skills. \nKey Responsibilities and Technical Competencies\nThe successful candidate will demonstrate expert-level proficiency in:\nEndpoint administration, software deployment, patch management, operating system maintenance, and device lifecycle management. \nWindows and macOS operating system engineering and support. \nDevelopment, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise OS images and deployment processes. \nEndpoint security configuration, compliance monitoring, and remediation activities. \nApplication packaging, testing, deployment, and lifecycle management. \nCitrix application delivery and virtual desktop administration. \nDevice enrollment, provisioning, and configuration management utilizing Tanium, JAMF, Intune, and Autopilot. \nEndpoint monitoring, reporting, and performance optimization. \nTechnical documentation and change management processes. \nRoot cause analysis and problem management practices. \nPlanning, testing, and execution of operating system upgrades and large-scale enterprise deployments. \nCompliance with organizational security standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.\n#LI-Remote\n#1000 Epiq Systems, Inc.\nThe Compensation range for this role is $135,000 -$155,000 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus.\nIn compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the
