This role requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure successful client satisfaction and alignment with organizational goals.\nEssential Job Responsibilities\nProvide expert advice and solutions to clients to ensure high-quality results.\nDevelop and implement consulting plans, timelines, and budgets.\nCoordinate with stakeholders to gather consulting requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.\nMonitor consulting progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.\nProvide regular updates and reports to senior management on consulting status.\nIdentify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact consulting success.\nFoster a collaborative and productive work environment within the consulting team.\nQualifications & Requirements\nEducation:\nRequired: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.\nPreferred: Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.\nExperience:\nRequired: Minimum of 7 years of experience in consulting or a related field.\nPreferred: Experience in providing expert advice and solutions to clients.\nPreferred:\nExperience in Legal Technology products such as InTapp (ideal), iManage Work, NetDocuments, Krystal DMS, LogicalDoc or similar.\nExperience working with a Legal Services provider or in house within a legal environment or financial services environment or similar.\nSkills\nAnalytical Analysis\nBusiness Development\nBusiness Intelligence (BI)\nBusiness Solutions Development\nClient Relationship Building\nCustomer Relationship Management (CRM)\nDetail-Oriented\nDocument Management\nKaizen (Continuous Improvement)\nLegal Practices\nLegal Project Management\nLegal Writing\nProfessional Collaboration\nQuality Assurance (QA)\nStatistics\nCertifications\nRequired: None.\nPreferred: Certified Management Consultant (CMC) or equivalent certification.\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to work in an office environment and perform tasks that may require sitting, standing, and using office equipment.\nThe Compensation range for this role is $140,000 USD up to $170,000 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
