You will also be responsible for implementing and maintaining complex data and AI/ML Solutions for our clients.\nJob Responsibilities:\nParticipate in discussion and analyzing client’s data and its complexity. Every client’s data consistency may vary. Not only you should understand the data, but also provide solutions in that can fit in our product and solution offering.\nConducting ad-hoc analysis to answer specific business questions.\nCollecting and organizing large sets of data from various sources.\nCleaning and preprocessing data to ensure accuracy and consistency.\nMachine Learning Algorithms: Knowledge of advanced machine learning algorithms and their implementation.\nMust have exposure to software programming, integration, and implementation experience.\nIdentify and evaluate new technologies to improve performance, maintainability, and reliability of existing machine learning systems.\nAnalyzing data to identify patterns, trends, and insights.\nDeveloping and maintaining dashboards and other tools to monitor key performance indicators.\nProficiency in working with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.\nCollaborating with other data engineers and data scientists to ensure data quality and accuracy.\nDesign, implement, and maintain the data infrastructure and pipelines for machine learning operations.\nCommunicating insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.\nStay up to date with the latest advancements in data engineering and machine learning and recommend new tools and techniques to improve our operations.\nRequirements / Skills :\nBachelors / master’s degree in information or computer science required - B.Tech, MCA, MS Computers.\n5+ years of experience in AI/ML implementation, Data and Software development area\nExperience with cloud-based infrastructure such as Microsoft Azure, AWS.\nProficiency in Python\nHandson end-to-end development onGen AI, Agentic AI, NLP, FastAPI, LangChain, HuggingFace, RAGAS, PySpark, ETL, OCR.\nMust have exposure to software programming, integration, and implementation experience.\nExperience with some NLP libraries\nCloud & DevOps - Azure & AWS, AppInsight, Databricks, Docker, \nKnowledge of machine learning algorithms and their implementation.\nImplementation with visualization tools such as PBI or similar.\nFamiliarity with Metadata Management tools\nExperience working with LLMs\nProficiency in integrating APIs.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nAll-round communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.\nGood to have: Knowledge of Power BI\nFamiliarity with data science concepts, machine learning algorithms, and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Keras, Pandas, etc.\nAdded advantage - Knowledge on data technologies such Data wrangling, Data Integration/ETL, Data Profiling & Data Quality, Data Discovery\nClear understanding of Data Engineering, Machine Learning and AI Models, LLMs\nCompetencies\nIntegrity - Behaves in an honest, fair, and ethical manner;
