Senior Software Engineer, you will work closely with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Data Engineers, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders to develop high-quality software solutions that address complex business challenges while maintaining engineering excellence, scalability, and long-term maintainability.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain scalable enterprise applications, APIs, and services.\nOwn the end-to-end delivery of software features and components from design through deployment and support.\nParticipate in technical design reviews and contribute to architecture discussions and technology decisions.\nDevelop and maintain microservices, integrations, and reusable software frameworks.\nBuild cloud-native applications leveraging modern application features and services for production environments.\nBuild and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions utilizing enterprise knowledge sources and vector databases.\nIntegrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI services into business applications and workflows.\nImplement prompt engineering strategies, AI testing methodologies, and evaluation frameworks to improve solution quality and reliability.\nDesign semantic search, document intelligence, and AI-assisted automation capabilities.\nCollaborate with data engineers and solution architects to ensure data quality, accessibility, and effective AI solution deployment.\nMonitor, evaluate, and optimize AI application performance, accuracy, and user adoption.\nApply security, privacy, governance, and responsible AI principles throughout the AI development lifecycle.\nContribute to the adoption of AI engineering best practices, reusable frameworks, and development standards across projects.\nRequirements / Skills\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.\n5-8 years of professional software engineering experience.\nStrong hands-on experience developing enterprise applications using Python and/or Java.\nExperience designing and developing REST APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-native applications.\nExperience building modern user interfaces using React or similar front-end technologies.\nStrong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, data modeling, and API integration patterns.\nExperience working with Microsoft Azure (preferred) or AWS cloud platforms.\nExperience with DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, Azure DevOps, containerization, and automated deployments.\nStrong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, testing methodologies, and secure development practices.\nExcellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.\nPreferred AI Skills & Experience\nHands-on experience building and deploying Generative AI solutions in enterprise or production environments.\nStrong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).\nExperience working with AI frameworks and orchestration platforms such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar technologies.\nExperience integrating AI capabilities using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, Anthropic, OpenAI APIs, or equivalent platforms.\nUnderstanding of prompt engineering, AI evaluation methodologies, model monitoring, and observability practices.\nFamiliarity with Agentic AI concepts and AI workflow orchestration patterns.\nExperience developing data pipelines and supporting infrastructure required for AI and machine learning workloads.\nExposure to Snowflake, Databricks, vector databases, and modern enterprise data platforms is preferred.\nYour specific salary
