We’re looking for a dedicated Senior Technical Writer to create clear, user-friendly online help and documentation for our cloud- and web-based legal technology products, including products and features that use AI.\nIn this role, you’ll combine creativity and analytical thinking to understand client needs, align content with business goals, and apply best practices that help users succeed. You’ll also help shape, evolve, and champion the documentation vision for Epiq Legal Solutions software products.\nThroughout the software development lifecycle, you’ll collaborate with product and engineering partners to create clear, accurate documentation for our products. Applicants must provide examples of previous work.\nKey Job Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain online help and release notes for Epiq Legal Solutions software products, including products and features that use AI.\nBuild a deep understanding of our products and translate complex information into clear, engaging content that meets audience needs and helps clients succeed.\nWrite concept, task, and reference topics that follow established style guidelines and review processes within an Agile development lifecycle.\nImprove content usability while maintaining a consistent voice and style across all documentation.\nCreate video content for feature tours; video production experience is a plus.\nEvaluate existing content and identify opportunities to improve its clarity, usability, and effectiveness.\nRequired Skills and Qualifications\nAt least five years of experience as a technical writer or in a similar role, creating and maintaining high-quality online help for target audiences.\nA bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Communications, English, or a related field.\nProficiency with MadCap Flare, XML, and CSS.\nExperience documenting complex, client-facing B2B software, preferably enterprise applications or legal technology. Experience with products or features that use AI is a plus.\nExperience collaborating with product owners, product managers, and developers as part of an Agile team.\nFamiliarity with tracking user stories and defects in Microsoft Azure DevOps, Jira, or a similar tool.\nExcellent written communication skills and strong attention to detail.\nThe Compensation range for this role is 14,500zl up to 16,666 zl per month or 200,000zl annually and may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
