The Technical Specialist role is responsible for providing technical supporttoeDiscovery projects throughout the EU.\nFirstly the contract will be for 6 months with the possibility of extension.\nResponsibilities and Essential Functions:\nParticipate in consultation with the clientto discuss project specifications, workflow and/or issues\nMaintain proper chain of custody at all times\nExport and package deliverables for review platforms or subsequent processing\nProvide troubleshooting services to clients\nDevelop, enhance and maintain operational processes and procedures to ensure a consistent, correct, complete and timely collection and processing of specified sources\nProvide daily status reports to Project Managers or client\nDocument actions taken while performing data collection and processing tasks\nMaintain tracking reports for all data collected and processed\nPotentially work additional hours beyond regular schedule to meet customer commitments which may include evenings, weekends and/or holidays\nPerform other litigation support tasks as necessary\nPerform data collections using industry standard tools such as: Discovery Accelerator,M365 Purviewetc., (training provided).\nThe successful candidate will be required to work withEpiq teams in the UK, EU, US and Asia Pacific\nRequired Characteristics/Qualifications:\nThis is a varied rolein whichthe successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn new skillsand specializedtechnologies ineDiscovery andComputer Forensics. Youwillhave directexposure to clients and must therefore demonstrate exceptional professionalism and outstanding communication skills. Full training will be provided.
