Your key responsibilities include:\nMachine start-up and commissioning on-site, providing comprehensive professional training on equipment operation, maintenance points, and promoting service agreements to customers.\nDelivering technical support through effective troubleshooting, both remotely via phone and on-site visits, ensuring quick resolution of issues.\nManaging machine warranty claims by evaluating and validating issues, submitting detailed service reports, and communicating any quality concerns to support product enhancement initiatives.\nMaintaining accurate and current records of required materials and consistently updating machine running information to support efficient fleet management.\nDiagnosing and fixing on-site technical problems as needed, including proposing maintenance solutions to ensure minimal downtime.\nSupporting parts and capital sales activities by collaborating with sales teams and providing customer feedback regarding typical service requirements.\nAdhering strictly to all safety regulations at company and customer sites, demonstrating an astute awareness of safety in all job functions.\nQualifications and Skills\nWe invite applicants with the following background and competencies to apply:\nEducational background from a Technology College in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Automation, or a related field.
