About the Opportunity
Epiroc is seeking expressions of interest from motivated and experienced individuals for the position of Field Service Supervisor, based in Newcastle and supporting the wider Hunter Region.
Reporting to the Regional Service Manager - East, this is an opportunity to take on a hands-on leadership role, overseeing day-to-day service operations and Epiroc resources across Muswellbrook, Eastern NSW and the Brisbane region.
The successful candidate will play an important role in leading and developing trades personnel, strengthening customer relationships and ensuring service activities are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Champion safety and ensure compliance with Epiroc and customer requirements.
Lead, mentor and develop trades personnel.
Coordinate field service and workshop activities, scheduling and resource allocation.
Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service outcomes.
Oversee parts and service planning, forecasting and operational reporting.
Monitor service quality, productivity and performance.
Drive continuous improvement and foster a positive team culture.
Provide hands-on technical support with field service repairs and equipment maintenance across the region.
About You
We are looking for a practical, customer-focused leader with strong technical knowledge and a commitment to safety and service excellence.
Ideally, you will have:
Supervisory experience within an OEM or heavy equipment environment.
Experience with surface drills and heavy equipment maintenance.
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and develop trades personnel.
Strong knowledge of field service and maintenance operations.
Excellent communication, planning and customer service skills.
A proactive approach to safety, quality and continuous improvement.
