With responsibility for P&L, manufacturing, supply chain, sourcing, procurement, logistics, people, safety, quality and legal compliance, you will drive profitable growth and sustainable value creation while aligning the local operation with Surface Division Consumables, Global Operations and Group priorities.\nA central part of your role will be to lead the continued integration of PC Changzhou and its transformation into a self-sufficient and high-performing regional Production Center. You will strengthen local technical, operational and leadership capabilities, embed Group standards and systems, and improve responsiveness, quality, cost competitiveness and customer focus. You will also drive continuous improvement, LEAN, automation, digitalization and sustainability while promoting strong collaboration across Operations, Sales, Marketing, Product Management and R&D.\nThis is a key leadership position within the Operations organization, reporting to the Director of Operations, Consumables, Surface Division.\nKey responsibilities\nLead the strategic and operational development of the Production Company, with full accountability for business performance, P&L and supporting functions.\nDefine and execute the local production strategy in line with Surface Division Consumables and Global Operations priorities, translating it into clear business plans, KPIs and targets.\nDevelop PC Changzhou into a competitive and self-sufficient regional Production Center by strengthening local capabilities and supporting regionalization and product allocation.\nDrive safe, efficient and flexible manufacturing operations, ensuring strong performance across quality, delivery, cost and customer responsiveness.\nContinuously improve operational performance through LEAN principles, automation and digitalization, challenging existing ways of working and addressing production bottlenecks.\nLead the end-to-end supply chain and develop resilient regional sourcing strategies, strengthening supplier performance and identifying localization opportunities.\nOptimize inventory, warehousing, material flow and logistics, balancing customer demand and production requirements with working capital and supply risk.\nEnsure sustainable financial performance through disciplined management of P&L, working capital, investments, costs and capacity utilization.\nBuild and develop a high-performing local management team, strengthening technical, operational and leadership capabilities while developing local talent.\nChampion a safety-first, inclusive and customer-focused culture, ensuring strong SHEQ performance, compliance and collaboration in line with Epiroc values.\nExperience and requirements\nSenior leadership experience in an industrial manufacturing or production environment, with full P&L accountability.\nStrong knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, sourcing, logistics, quality and financial performance management.\nProven experience in operational excellence, LEAN manufacturing, continuous improvement and organizational transformation.\nDemonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and influence effectively across a global, matrixed organization.\nUniversity degree in Engineering, Operations, Business or a related field.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese; experience from a multinational manufacturing organization in China is an advantage.\nLocation\nChangzhou, China\nRecruitment Process\nPlease send your application through our recruitment system as soon as possible but no later than 2026.11.19.
