processing, and operational improvement initiatives.\n\nThe successful candidates will work alongside experienced professionals, participate in technical assignments, and build the skills required to support customers and contribute to efficient, safe, and sustainable mining operations.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nSupport engineering teams in evaluating metallurgical processes and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency.\n\nAssist with technical assessments related to mineral processing, materials performance, and mining applications.\n\nParticipate in projects that improve productivity, equipment performance, and the effective use of mining technologies.\n\nCollect, analyse, and interpret technical and operational data to support engineering decisions.\n\nAssist in preparing technical reports, presentations, project documentation, and performance summaries.\n\nCollaborate with mining engineers, service technicians, sales teams, and other professionals to projects and learning objectives within agreed timelines.\n\nRequirements and Qualifications\n\nA bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Mineral Processing, or a closely related discipline.\n\nRecent graduate status or limited relevant professional experience, consistent with the programme’s eligibility criteria.\n\nA strong academic foundation in metallurgy, mineral processing, materials science, or related engineering principles.\n\nAn interest in mining equipment, mineral processing technologies, and the mining and infrastructure industries.\n\nStrong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.\n\nGood written and verbal communication skills.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.\n\nFamiliarity with technical reporting, data analysis, or engineering software will be an advantage.\n\nThe ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and learn from experienced
