You will help ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and on schedule, meeting agreed scope, resource, and stakeholder expectations through to successful customer sign-off.\nYour Mission:\nPlan, coordinate, and execute national and international PROTECT CAS deployment projects under the guidance of the Deployment Lead.\nDevelop and maintain project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, resources, dependencies, and risk mitigation actions.\nMonitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and escalate delivery concerns when required.\nCoordinate the handover of projects from Sales to Deployment and align activities across key internal stakeholders.\nWork closely with Customer Centres to ensure deployment readiness, including logistics, infrastructure, training, and change management.\nCoordinate installation, commissioning, validation, and user acceptance activities to ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met.\nMaintain accurate project documentation, status reporting, risk registers, lessons learned, and project close-out records.\nEnsure deployments are delivered in line with established PROTECT processes, governance requirements, and project management standards.\nLead project closure activities, including stakeholder reviews, formal handovers to support teams, and post-deployment monitoring.\nTrack customer issues and improvement requests, support resolution efforts, and provide continuous improvement feedback to the Deployment Lead.\nYour Profile:\n2+ years of experience in project management, customer engagement, and system deployment in the mining (or equivalent) industry\nDemonstrated experience in deploying modular digital products on a global scale (preferred)\nFamiliarity with digital product lifecycles, technical concepts and configuration management.\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business Management or a related technical or business field.\nFormal qualifications in project management would be advantageous\nLocation: Centurion, Pretoria\nClosing Date: 27 October 2026\nWhy Epiroc?\nBy joining our team, you’ll make a big difference in the energy transition.
