It is based in our Khanbogd branch and plays a pivotal role in aligning workshop operations with customer requirements and the company's strategic objective / Work on a 14 days on, 14 days off roster/\nAbout the Role\nAs a KB Workshop Planner/Admin, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and organizing daily to annual workshop activities to ensure optimal productivity, quality, and efficiency. You will serve as a critical link between technical teams, supply chain, and customer demands, managing resources and information flow to support uninterrupted operations.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and manage detailed workshop activity plans on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual schedules by analyzing service demand, customer needs, and resource availability.\nEnsure the timely availability of spare parts, materials, and equipment by coordinating procurement, inventory management, and logistics with relevant departments and suppliers.\nOversee communication and documentation related to maintenance planning and scheduling, promoting transparency and accuracy in information sharing.\nReview and coordinate work orders and purchase requisitions to confirm resource allocation and procurement compliance.\nCollaborate across Epiroc Mongolia branches and customer sites to coordinate logistics, dispatch, and delivery, guaranteeing service continuity and operational efficiency.\nUtilize SAP or similar maintenance planning systems for scheduling, inventory, and reporting purposes; drive continuous improvement in system use and data accuracy.\nImplement occupational health and safety practices within workshop operations to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.\nRequired Skills, Competences, and Experience\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills that foster effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement.\nAbility to operate independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple tasks efficiently.\nPrevious experience in maintenance or technical service environments is advantageous, facilitating deeper understanding of workshop operations and customer expectations.\nProficient in English (intermediate to advanced) for both spoken and written communication to ensure clarity in documentation and coordination.\nBasic financial acumen with capability to prepare cost calculations and estimations contributing to budgeting and resource management.\nWell-versed in occupational health and safety principles to uphold regulatory compliance and the welfare of the workforce.\nExceptional planning, organizational, and time management skills that ensure deadlines and service levels are consistently met.\nA positive, solution-oriented attitude with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field that supports the analytical and administrative needs of the role.\nIntermediate or advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel to manage reporting, documentation, and analysis effectively.\nExperience with maintenance planning, work order management, and supply chain coordination to promote seamless workshop operations.\nProficiency in SAP or equivalent maintenance planning systems to optimize scheduling and resource utilization.\nStrong analytical skills including root cause analysis and operational decision-making to improve maintenance processes and efficiency.\nUnderstanding of equipment operation, maintenance costs, and operational efficiency metrics to align workshop activities with business goals.\nCapacity to coordinate across multiple stakeholders spanning technical teams, suppliers, and customers, ensuring productive collaboration and communication.\nBehavioral Competencies\nExcellent communication skills characterized by clarity, transparency, and active listening.\nAbility to multitask effectively and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.\nAn active learning mindset committed to continuous professional growth and adaptability to evolving workshop needs.\nWhy Join Us?\nWorking at Epiroc Mongolia LLC means becoming part of a global leader in the mining industry with opportunities for professional development in a dynamic, inclusive, and innovative environment.
