Ensure service and maintenance master data is updated following product changes.\nCoordinate updates to relevant Teamcenter data.\nMaintain alignment between engineering changes, product configuration and maintenance requirements.\nSupport maintenance-related activities throughout the product lifecycle.\n\nCross-functional & Global Collaboration\n\nCollaborate with Project Office, Engineering, Reliability, Service and Site Planning functions.\nParticipate in cross-functional FMECA and RCM activities.\nCommunicate maintenance requirements and technical information effectively with relevant stakeholders.\nSupport process standardization, continuous improvement initiatives, and knowledge sharing.\nDrive completion and closure of assigned tasks and projects within systems.\nPromote effective collaboration across global hubs to achieve consistency, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.\n\nContinuous Improvement & Process Development\nContribute to departmental continuous improvement initiatives.\nPrepare relevant KPIs and follow up regularly.\nDevelop and update work instructions related to the role.\nContribute to standardization and best-practice maintenance engineering solutions.\nPromote the philosophy of “there is always a better way.\nIdentify and implement more efficient processes and ways of working.\nKnowledge Requirements Technical •Good understanding of Epiroc underground and/or surface equipment.\nKnowledge of mining and construction equipment.\n\nProficient in understanding and application of hydraulic, electrical and control systems for mining equipment’s.\nKnowledge of maintenance engineering and reliability methodologies, particularly FMECA and RCM.\nSystems\nSiemens Teamcenter\nPro/E\nAsset and Maintenance Management systems such as Maximo, SAP or equivalent\nInfor M3 - ERP and Maintenance modules\nMS Office\nExperience & Qualification Requirements Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Eng with 7-8 years of relevant experience.\nExperience in the mining and construction industry/equipment.\nRelevant experience in maintenance engineering, reliability, engineering or product lifecycle activities.\nExperience working in a cross-functional environment.\n\nCommunication & Behavioural Competencies\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nExcellent planning, coordination, and organizational abilities.\nAnalytical thinking and structured problem-solving approach.\nHigh attention to detail and quality orientation.\nSelf-motivated, proactive, and accountable.\nPositive attitude with a collaborative mindset.\nAbility to work effectively in a global and multicultural environment.\nStrong learning agility and adaptability.\nAbility to motivate, support, and collaborate with team members.\nMission:\nAs a Maintenance Engineer in PSD, you will proactively ensure that service operations and maintenance deliverables are planned, developed, and delivered on time with the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.\n\nIt all starts with people.
