Manage projects to ensure high quality, timely, and\nefficient delivery, with the goal of achieving customer satisfaction while adhering to established procedures, guidelines,\ncompany policies, and core values.\nExperience Requirements:\n 12-16 yrs. of experience - Mining / Earth moving equipment /off road vehicles preferably on Hydraulic system\nDesign of mobile Hydraulics.\nEducation:\n BE / BTech / ME - Mechanical/Automobile Engineering\nTool knowledge:\n Hands on Experience in Creo, Autocad.\n Experience working on PLM system\nKnowledge Requirement:\n Strong understanding of hydraulic system design, particularly in mobile hydraulic applications.\n Solid knowledge of hydraulics principles and engineering materials.\n Hands on experience with troubleshooting and testing of hydraulic systems.\n Awareness and application of relevant design standards.\n Understanding of vehicle mechanics and system integration.\n Proficient in 3D modelling and detailed design.\n Experience in preparing and releasing Bills of Materials (BOM) and managing engineering changes.\n Basic knowledge of project management principles.\n Exposure to hydraulic system simulation tools is an added advantage.\nPersonality Requirement:\n Highly motivated and optimistic, with the ability to thrive in a global client-facing environment.\n Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.\n Collaborative team member with a flexible and open-minded approach\n\nIt all starts with people.
