This role also provides essential support to employees and contributes to the efficient operation of the facility by performing various operational support, organizational, and general maintenance tasks.\nKey Responsibilities and Duties\nManage incoming, outgoing, and returned materials within the warehouse.\n\nPick, count, label, and package materials required to fulfill orders.\n\nSort, organize, and store parts and supplies manually or using material handling equipment.\n\nProvide production personnel with the parts and supplies required for their daily operations.\n\nMaintain accurate inventory records in computerized systems and perform necessary inventory adjustments.\n\nKeep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organized.\n\nAssist with receiving, inspecting, and shipping goods.\n\nInspect incoming materials and report damaged, excess, or missing items.\n\nVerify that deliveries match purchase orders and related documentation.\n\nPrepare and label goods for shipment.\n\nCoordinate with carriers, suppliers, and various departments to ensure proper delivery tracking and follow-up.\n\nPerform various light maintenance tasks on facilities and equipment.\n\nCollect and dispose of garbage and recycling materials.\n\nPerform light manual snow removal from entrances and pedestrian walkways, as required.\n\nClean and replace accessible air conditioning unit filters in accordance with established procedures.\n\nExperience and Education\nRelevant experience in warehousing, shipping and receiving, or a similar position.\n\nForklift operator certification (an asset).\n\nKnowledge and Skills\nProficiency in spoken and written French.\n\nGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.\n\nKnowledge of inventory management and material handling practices.\n\nStrong organizational skills and ability to effectively manage priorities.\n\nAdditional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as required.\n\nIt all starts with people.
