With production facilities spanning six continents, including major hubs in Sweden, Germany, the USA, and Australia, we are committed to delivering excellence in both products and services.\nIn this role, your mission and responsibilities will be to:\nUnder the supervision of the Production Supervisor, the Assembler is responsible for operating and maintaining assembly equipment in a safe and efficient manner to achieve the quality and production standards of the company.\nRead and interpret work orders, blueprints, drawings, and assembly instructions to complete assigned tasks.\nUse hand tools and basic equipment to assemble components and complete assigned tasks safely.\nGather, count, and verify parts and materials required for production jobs.\nPrepare kits by accurately organizing and staging components according to production requirements.\nVerify part numbers, quantities, and materials to ensure accuracy before assembly or kit release.\nPerform visual inspections of components and finished assemblies to identify defects or discrepancies.\nMaintain accuracy when performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced production environment.\nComplete required production, quality, and inventory documentation accurately and timely.\nReport material shortages, damaged parts, or quality concerns to the appropriate personnel.\nFollow established work instructions and standardized processes to ensure consistency and quality.\nAssist with inventory accuracy through cycle counts and material audits as required.\nMaintain organization of parts, materials, and work areas using 5S or other workplace organization standards.\nMeet daily production and quality goals while maintaining attention to detail.\nOther duties as assigned\nExperience and requirements:\nYou’re a curious problem solver who can bring big ideas to life. You’re creative and scrappy but can navigate a large organization with ease. You’re agile and adaptable but work with precision to ensure we always deliver top-notch customer experiences.
