This role supports payroll administration, employee inquiries, payroll reporting, and system maintenance using Dayforce and SAP SuccessFactors.\nWork Type: Will begin to be onsite and then can be hybrid after settling into the role\nKey Responsibilities\nPayroll Administration\nLaise with HR Business Partners to process biweekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees.\nValidate payroll data including earnings, deductions, taxes, garnishments, and benefit deductions.\nProcess payroll adjustments, retroactive pay, off-cycle payrolls, and tax adjustments as needed.\nSupport payroll reconciliations, quarter-end, and year-end activities, including W-2 processing.\nMaintain accurate payroll records and employee data.\nSystems Administration\nMaintain employee payroll data in Dayforce and SuccessFactors.\nComplete secondary steps in employee lifecycle transactions including hires, transfers, promotions, compensation changes, leaves of absence, and terminations.\nMonitor timekeeping records, pay policies, and payroll interfaces.\nAssist with system testing, upgrades, and troubleshooting.\nCompliance & Reporting\nEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.\nAssist with tax reporting, payroll audits, and payroll-related inquiries.\nPrepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.\nMaintain payroll procedures and audit records.\nEmployee Support\nServe as a primary contact for employee payroll questions.\nResearch and resolve payroll issues promptly and professionally.\nProvide guidance regarding payroll policies, taxes, deductions, and timekeeping practices.\nQualifications\nMinimum 5 years of U.S. payroll experience, in a multi-state environment.\nExperience with Dayforce Payroll and Workforce Management.\nExperience with SAP SuccessFactors or another HRIS preferred.\nStrong knowledge of payroll taxes, wage and hour laws, garnishments, and deductions.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills.\nExcellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and customer service abilities.\nSuccess Factors\nDelivers accurate and timely payroll processing.\nDemonstrates integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.\nBuilds strong partnerships with HR, Finance, and employees.\nEffectively manages multiple priorities and deadlines.\nIdentifies opportunities to improve payroll processes and controls.\nLeverages Dayforce and SuccessFactors to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.\nThis job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities, or qualifications associated with the job.
