Requirements include documentation and recommendation\nInteraction with Supplier Quality group and receiving inspection areas to identify and prevent recurrence of non-conforming material as necessary\nMust understand product requirements (based on customer sales orders), product specifications, and applicable reference standards. Evaluate product requirements and recommend changes when applicable\nUnderstand reject process\nComplete appropriate paperwork for rejected parts\nKnowledge of the non-conforming parts holding area.\nFollow prescribed safety regulations / guidelines\nPerform other duties as required or directed\nTrain manufacturing personnel in assembly and/or weld process\nKnowledge/Education:\nHS Diploma or GED required\nThe training period for this position:\n12 months for total proficiency in tasks. \nPrior Positions/Training:\n24 months of experience as an Assembler, Welder (as required), and Tester (preferred)\nRequired to read, write and comprehend English\nManufacturing process, reject process, rig or product knowledge and audit process, root cause analysis, Quality Management System, and internal audit process.\nThis job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities, or qualifications associated with the job.
