General system troubleshooting\nPrograming and trouble shooting PLCs \nArc flash training, calculations, oversight\nWelding, machining, fabricating work\nMicrogrid design, development and oversight\nOversee health and safety in the shop\nKnowledge/Education:\nValid BC electrical ticket\nMinimum 5 years of hands-on industrial electrician experience\nSkills and Abilities:\nMeticulous attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.\nStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.\nExcellent interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional, and collaborative approach.\nAbility to work effectively with diverse teams, including engineers, technicians, tradespeople, and analytical professionals.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nCommitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.\nThis job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities, or qualifications associated with the job.
