The ideal candidate for the position is someone who thrives in a dynamic and fast paced environment with broad discretion to solve problems. Requires experience negotiating and managing defense and commercial contracts from proposal, through negotiation and administration, to close-out. It also requires leadership and the desire to oversee the contract compliance program. In this role, you will be a senior leader within the Legal and Compliance team and report to the General Counsel. Responsibilities: Lead the Contracts team, which includes 2-3 direct reports.
