Join Episode Six today. \nWhat role we’re hiring for: \nWe are a growing fintech organization looking to add a Implementation Engineer based out of Buenos Aires, Argentina! \nYou’ll act as the technical bridge between the company and clients, ensuring successful implementation of fintech solutions and maximizing customer value. \nWhat you’ll be responsible for in this role: \n Client-facing implementation work across 3 phases: \nPre-implementation (planning, setup) \nImplementation (deployment, integration) \nPost-implementation (support, optimization) \nCollaborate with internal engineering teams and external clients \nHelp improve platform, tooling, and reusable components \nServe as a subject matter expert and mentor others \nIdentify process improvements and automation opportunities \nWhat experiences and skills are necessary to be successful in this role: \n3-5 years in implementation or client-facing technical roles \n 3+ years in financial services (fintech, banking, payments, etc.) \nStrong experience with: \nJava-based systems (implementation/support) \nSQL & NoSQL databases \nCI/CD pipelines & Git \nLinux/Unix command line \nREST APIs (Postman or similar) \nSecure file handling (SFTP, PGP) \nAbility to improve processes and automate workflows \nDesirable \nPayments, card systems, or banking integrations \nAWS, Kubernetes, observability tools \nAgile tools like Jira & Confluence \nKnowledge & Skills \nStrong communication (technical + non-technical) \nProblem-solving mindset \nOrganization and self-management \nCustomer-focused attitude \nAbility to challenge and propose solutions confidently \nBalances technical depth + client communication \nCan own implementations end-to-end \nThinks beyond tasks → improves systems and processes \nBuilds trust with both clients and internal teams \nWhat makes a successful E6er? \nWe appreciate the unique backgrounds, skill sets, experiences, and contributions each E6er brings.
