You will work in conjunction with your team to foster heightened customer experience and drive technical innovation in the managed services practice.\nYour Impact\nThe essential functions of this position include:\nSupport and maintenance of Azure production environments\nEnsuring availability, performance, security, governance and scalability of Azure production systems via various monitoring, logging, and other toolsets\nSystem troubleshooting and problem resolution across various application domains and platforms.\nSupport of systems for metrics, logging, and monitoring on Azure platform.\nMaintenance and management of tools for automation of different operational processes.\nQualifications\nExperience supporting customers deploying workloads in the public cloud\nAbility to troubleshoot complex, interdisciplinary public cloud technical issues\nAbility to work in a diverse and geographically dispersed team environment with multiple engineering resources of varying skillsets and responsibilities\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with a wide range of Customers across different verticals\nFamiliar with cloud networking constructs such as Expressroute and VNETs\nExperience working in CI/CD pipelines to include tools such as Azure DevOps\nKnowledge of operating system administration to include Linux and Windows\nMicrosoft technologies to include Active Directory, SQL, Patch Management, Certificate Services, Cloud Identity to include Active Directory and Azure Active Directory\nCloud Security services to include Defender for Cloud, Key Vault, Azure Firewall, Azure WAF\nKubernetes systems administration\nExperience with application load testing and quality assurance activities\n1+ years of experience in deploying and supporting complex datacenter and/or public cloud environments\nEntry level public cloud related certification preferred\nPosition Specifics\nThe initial base salary range for this position is expected to be between $65,000 and $90,000 annually. The final base salary offered will be determined by multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, depth of experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
