In this role, you will provide expert-level network and systems support for our clients in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. This individual is a proactive problem-solver with advanced technical skills, a customer-first mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional service and operational excellence.\nYour Impact\nThe essential functions of this position include:\nDeliver high-quality network and systems support within a Managed Services Center.\nProvide full lifecycle systems support for clients, including implementation, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and resolution of complex issues.\nOwn issues end-to-end until successful resolution is achieved.\nMaintain advanced, up-to-date technical expertise in networking technologies.\nCommunicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.\nAccurately document all incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the ticketing system.\nDemonstrate strong attention to detail and ownership in all tasks.\nCollaborate effectively in a team environment while also working independently with minimal supervision.\nParticipate in on-call rotation.\nLead and manage assigned technical projects.\nMulti-task effectively while prioritizing workload in a dynamic setting.\nMaintain a customer-focused, results-driven attitude at all times.\nTroubleshoot, isolate, and resolve both common and highly complex network/systems problems, independently or as part of a team.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nActive Cisco CCNP Service Provider certification required\n5+ years of experience in a service provider network role, with strong knowledge of optics\nProven track record of successfully troubleshooting complex network issues\nProficient with Cisco NCS, Nexus, ASR 1K and 9K equipment\nVersed with Nokia and Juniper service provider level platforms\nStrong working knowledge of VRF technology\nIn-depth understanding of routing protocols: IS-IS, OSPF. BGP, and MPLS\nFamiliarity with SD-WAN, cloud networking, and network security concepts\nBackground using IT Service Management tools (ServiceNow preferred)\nCompetent utilizing Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Word, Excel) \nPosition Specifics\nThe initial base salary range for this position is expected to be between $110,000 and $150,000 annually. The final base salary offered will be determined by multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, depth of experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. In addition to the base salary, our compensation structure may include other components such as commissions and discretionary bonuses.\nePlus offers a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility, employee stock purchase program and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and personal leave), dependent on the position offered.
