In this role, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions and ensure a professional, high-quality customer experience.\nAs part of the Operations team, you will act as a key technical contact for implementation projects, advanced support cases, migrations, integrations, and customer enablement activities.\nKey responsibilities\nLead and support the technical delivery of Epona implementation and upgrade projects.\nConfigure, customize, and deploy Epona solutions based on client requirements.\nSupport migrations and integrations with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Azure, and related technologies.\nDiagnose and resolve complex technical issues and escalations.\nPrepare technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvement.\nWhat we are looking for\nAt least 3 years of experience in a technical consulting, implementation, technical support, or comparable role.\nStrong knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies, including SharePoint Online, Teams, Outlook, Azure services, and related environments.\nExperience with software implementation, deployment, integrations, migrations, PowerShell scripting, SQL, APIs, or Microsoft Graph.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nA proactive, customer-focused mindset and the ability to work independently in a remote, international environment.\nKey skills\nMicrosoft 365, SharePoint Online, Teams, Outlook, and Azure services\nTechnical implementation, configuration, deployment, and migration\nPowerShell, SQL, APIs, Microsoft Graph, and troubleshooting\nCustomer consulting, requirements analysis, and solution documentation\nClear communication, problem-solving, and independent remote working\nWhat we offer\nAnnual salary range: USD 70,000 - 76,000, depending on experience and qualifications.\nA role with ownership, direct customer interaction, and exposure to modern Microsoft technologies.\nHealth and dental reimbursement program.\n20 days of paid time off and 6 fully paid sick days.\nProfessional development opportunities.\nA collaborative, international team environment.\nWork authorization\nApplicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
