processes and employee documentation for new joiners\n- Assist with laptop setup and account preparation for onboarders\n- Handle intern inquiries related to passwords, accounts, and basic support matters\n- Assist in creating and preparing PowerPoint presentation slides\n- Curate and prepare Electronic Direct Mailers (EDMs) for internal communications\n- Maintain and update HR records, trackers, and candidate databases\n- Support recruitment activities such as career fairs, roadshows, and hiring events\n- Screen candidate profiles and coordinate interview scheduling\n- Track job applications and assist with recruitment coordination\n- Support staff engagement activities, welfare initiatives, and company events\n- Assist with ad-hoc projects and administrative duties when required\nRequirements\n- Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in HR, Business, or related fields\n- Good communication and interpersonal skills\n- Organised, responsible, and willing to learn\n- Comfortable using Google Workspace / Powerpoint\n- Able to work independently and in a team
