This internship provides hands-on exposure to HR operations and the opportunity to gain practical experience in a fast-paced work environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nCoordinate interview arrangements by scheduling with candidates and liaising with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.\nSupport and assist in ongoing employer branding initiatives, including social media content, candidate outreach, and market research.\nAssist in offboarding and onboarding activities and orientation processes for new hires to ensure a positive employee experience and complete exit clearance.\nHandle various HR administrative tasks, including documentation, filing, and maintaining employee records.\nProvide support in general HR activities and participate in ad-hoc HR projects as assigned.\nRequirements\nCurrently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.\nStrong organizational and coordination skills.\nGood communication and interpersonal abilities.\nProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).\nAble to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.\nPositive attitude, proactiveness, willingness to learn, and strong commitment to assigned task.\nInternship period: 3 to 6 months \nBenefits\nHands-on exposure to real HR operations
