Be part of our journey as we expand to create meaningful, impactful changes for businesses around the world.\nRole Overview\nThe HR Business Partner (HRBP) will support the Indonesia business by delivering end-to-end HR support, covering recruitment, business partnering, and office administration.\nThis role works closely with business leaders to support organisational growth, workforce planning, and people operations, while ensuring smooth office operations and compliance with local HR practices.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Recruitment\nManage end-to-end recruitment for Indonesia roles, including high-volume hiring where required.\nPartner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and role requirements.\nSource candidates through job portals, agencies, referrals, and direct outreach.\nCoordinate interviews, manage offers, and support onboarding processes.\nTrack recruitment pipelines, hiring progress, and key recruitment metrics.\n2. HR Business Partnering\nAct as the primary HR contact for business leaders and employees in Indonesia.\nSupport managers on day-to-day HR matters including performance management, employee relations, and workforce planning.\nAdvise managers on HR policies, processes, and local labour practices.\nSupport implementation of group or regional HR initiatives at the local level.\nAssist in organisational changes, role design, and people-related planning.\n3. Office Administration & Operations\nOversee office administration and coordination for the Jakarta office.\nManage office vendors, facilities, and supplies.\nSupport onboarding logistics (workspace setup, access, equipment).\nCoordinate internal activities, meetings, and basic office operations.\nMaintain office records and administrative documentation.\n4.
