Be part of our journey as we expand to create meaningful, impactful changes for businesses around the world.\nRole Overview\nWe’re looking for a Merchant Operations Executive to join our team and play a key role in managing and supporting our growing merchant network. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and thrive on solving operational challenges, this role is for you.\nWhat You’ll Do\nAs the main point of contact for our merchants, you will:\nManage end-to-end operational activities, including merchant onboarding, inventory management, logistics coordination, and warehouse operations to ensure smooth business operations.\nCoordinate with suppliers, merchants, 3PL providers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders to oversee shipment schedules, delivery arrangements, inventory movement, merchant activation, and issue resolution.\nHandle operational transactions and documentation accurately through ERP/WMS systems, including inventory records, stock movements, merchant setup, compliance requirements, and operational reporting.\nMonitor inventory performance, stock accuracy, merchant activity, and operational KPIs, while driving continuous improvements to enhance efficiency, service quality, and overall customer experience.\nProvide day-to-day support for merchants and internal teams by managing inquiries, troubleshooting operational issues, coordinating cross-functional resolutions, and ensuring timely execution of operational processes.\nConduct regular audits, stock takes, reconciliations, warehouse visits, and compliance checks to maintain operational accuracy, regulatory adherence, and effective control of business assets.\nCollaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Procurement, Technology, and Logistics teams to support business growth, inventory planning, merchant success, and continuous process improvement initiatives.\nRequirements\nDiploma qualification.\n2-3 years of experience in operations or customer support.\nExperience using a WMS system and handling operational transactions and documentation accurately.\nExperience working with operational data and performance metrics, including KPI tracking and reporting.\nHands-on experience with merchant onboarding, stock reconciliation, audits, and issue resolution.\nProficiency in Mandarin.\nEligible to work in Malaysia.\nExperience in the POS domain is a
