Full Sets of Accounts & Financial Reporting\nManage full sets of accounts for three Singapore-based entities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.\nLead month-end and year-end closing activities, including preparation and review of journal entries, accruals, prepayments and reconciliations.\nPrepare monthly management accounts, financial reports and supporting schedules.\nPerform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.\nAnalyse financial variances and provide explanations for significant fluctuations.\n2. GST & Tax Compliance\nPrepare and submit quarterly GST returns (GST F5) and ensure compliance with IRAS requirements.\nPerform GST reconciliations and ensure accurate GST treatment of transactions.\nCoordinate with tax agents on corporate income tax computations and annual tax filings.\n3. Intercompany Accounting\nManage intercompany transactions and reconciliations across group entities.\nCoordinate with related entities to resolve intercompany discrepancies.\nEnsure proper accounting treatment of intercompany loans, management fees and shared expenses.\nPrepare intercompany schedules for group reporting and consolidation purposes.\n4. Team Supervision & Development\nSupervise and coach Finance Executive in daily accounting operations.\nReview accounting entries, reconciliations and supporting schedules prepared by the Finance Executive.\nProvide guidance and training to improve accounting accuracy and operational efficiency.\nEnsure timely completion of assigned accounting tasks.\n5. Audit & Compliance\nCoordinate with external auditors and prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation.\nAddress audit queries and assist in the preparation of statutory financial statements.\nEnsure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS(I)) and statutory requirements.\n6. Process Improvement\nIdentify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and strengthen internal controls.\nMaintain proper accounting records and documentation.\nSupport accounting system enhancements and improvements.\nPerform other ad hoc finance-related duties as assigned.\nRequirements\nJob Requirements\nDiploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.\nMinimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a commercial environment.\nProven experience handling full sets of accounts independently, preferably for multiple entities.\nStrong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and GST regulations.\nHands-on experience in month-end closing, GST reporting and intercompany reconciliations.\nProficient in Microsoft Excel;
