standards\n\nRequirements\nBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Power Engineering.\n\n5–10+ years of heavy hands-on experience within Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, or Polypropylene manufacturing plants.\n\nProven track record in executing major overhauls and alignments on centrifugal, screw, and reciprocating compressors.\n\nDeep understanding of API mechanical seals plans, dry gas seal support/control systems, extruders, and utility assets (water tube boilers, heat exchangers, cooling towers).\n\nDirect experience participating in or leading mechanical scopes during major turnarounds.\n\nStrong familiarity with ASME and API codes.\n\nSolid understanding of inventory control (Spare Parts Management) and data-driven maintenance through tracking reliability\n\nStrong root-cause analysis (RCA) capabilities, technical team leadership, and excellent English communication
