In this hands-on role, you’ll use handheld scanners and warehouse systems, operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers, and prepare compliant shipments for both hazardous and non-hazardous materials (49 CFR and IATA certification required).\nHow You'll Make an Impact\nPick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time to meet customer expectations.\nReceive, transfer, consolidate, and put away inventory, maintaining accuracy throughout the process.\nUse handheld devices, printers, and warehouse systems to support inventory movement and order accuracy.\nCreate shipments, bills, packing lists, and labels that meet hazardous and non-hazardous requirements (49 CFR and IATA certification required).\nSafely operate forklifts, powered pallet jacks, and order pickers, and load and unload incoming and outgoing freight.\nMaintain a clean, organized workspace through daily 6S standards\nCollaborate with Warehouse, Quality, and Manufacturing teams, solving problems and escalating issues as needed.\nBring Your Expertise\nPrevious experience in operating PIV equipment and Material Handling is required\nHigh School Diploma or GED is required\nAbility to lift 50 pounds\nMust be comfortable at heights of up to 20 feet while operating PIV equipment\nMust be able to sit or stand for extended periods as required\nBenefits @ Epredia\nMedical, Dental, and Vision benefits effective on first day of employment\nPaid Holidays & Paid Time Off\n401(K) Retirement Plan - Company Matching Contribution up to 6%\nAnnual Incentive Bonus Plan - eligible to participate to earn additional compensation\nStarting compensation is $19.00/hour\nShift Premium for 2nd shift\nReady to Make an Impact?\nIf this opportunity aligns with your skills and career goals, we'd love to hear from you.
