As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery in our production facility. Your primary duties will include setting up machines, monitoring their operations, and ensuring that products meet quality standards.\nLocation: Porstmouth, NH\n What you will be doing:\nTasks associated with the operation, inspecting, and packaging of finished goods, including quality checks (visual inspection of parts for defects- fill levels, packaging, and others).\n\nComplete production operations work orders accurately.\n\nPerformequipment set-up and changeover, basic preventative maintenance, and cleaning of equipment, work area, and facility while complying with all safety and regulatory requirements.\n\nApply Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) principles in all areas of responsibility.\n\nParticipate in Practical Process Improvement (PPI), 5S, and other continuous improvement and lean projects.\n\nComply with safety and regulatory regulations, policies, and procedures.\n\nExercise proper lifting, bending, and twisting techniques.\n\nOther Job Requirements:\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, twist, reach, and lift throughout the duration of the shift.\n\nAbility to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs minimum in accordance with company safety guidelines.\n\nAbility to wear required PPE, including but not limited to safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, respirators, or other protective equipment as required.\n\nSkills you will need:\nHigh School Diploma or GED\n\nExperience with working in chemical/glass manufacturing is preferred\n\n Company Benefits:\nMedical, Dental, and Vision benefits effective on first day of employment\nPaid Time Off - Eligible to accrue up to 3 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO), pro-rated based on start date\nPaid Holidays\n401(K) Retirement Plan - Company Matching Contribution up to 6%\nQuarterly Incentive Bonus Plan - eligible to participate to earn additional compensation\nTuition Reimbursement - eligible after 90 days of employment\nThe hiring range for this position is: $20/hour plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
