Non-billable activities include company & team meetings, professional development, community involvement, innovation time, culture & engagement activities, learning, and training.\n\nPreferred Skills & Experience\nBachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design or equivalent.\n\n5-7 years of experience in Marketing, AEC or related B2B industry experience is a plus.\n\nExceptional oral and written communication skills.\n\nHigh School Diploma or GED required.\n\nAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, and Adobe.\n\nAdvanced understanding of design, desktop publishing, and presentation software: Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.\n\nExceptional project management skills.\n\nWorks effectively independently with minimal supervision.\n\nExceptional attention to detail.\n\nHighly organized, able to effectively manage multiple, simultaneous tasks, and deadlines. \n\nPossession of a valid driver's license and automobile insurance for potential travel needs.\n\nPhysical Requirements\nRequired to stand, walk, and sit.\n\nThe position may require a visit to project sites occasionally.\n\nThe position requires a normal range of hearing.\n\nThe employee must be able to lift 20 lbs. occasionally.\n\nRequires prolonged sitting with 15% of the time spent bending and reaching.\n\nMust have manual dexterity sufficient to
