As a WMS Implementation Consultant, you play a key role in transforming warehouse operations by guiding customers through the entire implementation lifecycle—from process analysis and solution design to go-live and continuous optimization.\nYou work closely with operational stakeholders, project teams, and decision-makers to ensure that our software delivers measurable value and sustainable improvements in complex logistics environments.\nTHE TASKS - You make a difference\nExisting warehouse and logistics processes are analyzed and business requirements are translated into scalable software solutions.\nWMS processes are designed and configured to support operational excellence and business growth.\nCustomer workshops, process reviews, and solution design sessions are conducted.\nImplementation projects are managed across all phases, including blueprinting, testing, training, go-live, and hypercare.\nCustomers are advised on best practices in warehouse management, process optimization, and digital transformation.\nClose collaboration with international project teams, product specialists, and software developers is an integral part of the role.\nCustomer insights and market requirements contribute to the continuous development of our WMS products.\nCustomers are also advised on products and services related to the EPG Software Suite.\nTHE REQUIREMENTS - What makes you successful\nA degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification.\nExperience in implementing Warehouse Management Systems or related logistics software solutions.\nA solid understanding of warehouse operations, logistics processes, and supply chain environments.\nExperience in customer-facing consulting, implementation, or project management roles.\nStrong and confident communication skills when working with stakeholders at different levels.\nWillingness to travel and work closely with customers on-site when required.\nFluency in Czech and English;
