This is a hands-on role at the intersection of cloud architecture, reliability, automation, and security. You will play a key part in building and maintaining robust, secure, and compliant environments, ensuring our systems meet the needs of a dynamic, fast-growing organization.\nWhat You'll Do\nArchitect, implement, and optimize scalable cloud infrastructure solutions.\n\nDeploy and manage infrastructure using Terraform and infrastructure-as-code best practices.\n\nAutomate operational processes, monitoring, and deployments with modern CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).\n\nIdentify, remediate, and prevent security vulnerabilities across cloud and application stacks, including containers.\n\nCollaborate with engineering teams to integrate security, compliance, and reliability into the software development lifecycle.\n\nEvaluate and improve cloud security controls aligned with NIST and other relevant compliance frameworks.\n\nMonitor and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure, applications, and networking components for performance and reliability.\n\nContribute to technical decisions around architecture, tool selection, and infrastructure improvements.\n\nSupport continuous improvement of security posture and compliance programs.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n3+ years of professional experience in platform engineering or DevOps roles.\n\nProven professional experience with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code.\n\nHands-on experience designing and managing cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS).\n\nStrong foundation in cloud security, vulnerability remediation, and infrastructure reliability.\n\nExperience building, maintaining, and optimizing CI/CD automation.\n\nSolid programming or scripting ability (e.g., Go, Python, Bash).\n\nExperience identifying and resolving container and cloud infrastructure vulnerabilities.\n\nFamiliarity with compliance standards (e.g., NIST, SOC 2, FedRAMP) and their technical requirements.\n\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to work independently and in cross-functional, remote engineering teams.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience managing or maintaining regulated/FedRAMP-compliant environments.\n\nDirect experience with AWS security services and controls.\n\nExperience with Kubernetes and container security.\n\nExperience with vulnerability management and automated security testing.\n\nExperience supporting government or highly regulated clients.\n\nWhat Will Set You Apart\nWe’re looking for candidates who can architect, troubleshoot, and operationalize core infrastructure in cloud environments-balancing reliability, compliance, and performance.
