The ideal candidate pairs strong product judgment with technical fluency, moves fast without breaking trust, and is energized by deep customer discovery alongside engineers, designers, and end users.\nResponsibilities\nOwn the product strategy and roadmap for one or more areas of the platform, from vision through delivery and iteration\nUnderstand our customers via interviews, discovery calls, and on-site visits with engineers, manufacturers, and operators-to identify the highest-impact problems to solve\nWrite clear requirements, define success metrics, and prioritize a backlog that balances customer needs, business goals, and technical realities\nPartner closely with engineering and design in a Lean/Agile environment to ship high-quality software rapidly and iterate with users\nTranslate complex workflows (such as real-time telemetry, procedure management, traceability, and AI-assisted decision-making) into intuitive, reliable experiences\nUse data and analytics to measure outcomes, inform decisions, and continuously improve the product\nPartner with go-to-market teams (sales, customer success, and marketing) to drive adoption, and represent the product in customer meetings and technical demos\nHelp shape our team’s culture, processes, and tools\nBasic Qualifications\n3-7 years of product management experience, including shipping complex B2B or enterprise SaaS, industrial, or technical software products\nA track record of leading products end-to-end, from discovery and requirements to launch and iteration, with measurable impact\nStrong product judgment, prioritization, and written communication skills; able to distill ambiguity into clear plans\nTechnical fluency.
