Ensure maximum equipment performance and reliability while minimizing operating costs.\nExperience:\nProfessional experience in the role or similar: > 5 years\nManagement experience: with similar dimensions, \nHighest Education Level*: Bachelor's degree in engineering\nKey Responsibilities:\nContribute to the creation and implementation of best practice maintenance vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.\n\nTrain, and mentor maintenance supervisors and technicians. Assign daily tasks, evaluate performance, and resolve technical escalations. Lead the team to deliver effectively.\n\nMaximize equipment performance and achieve a trend decrease of unexpected downtime due to equipment failures.\n\nDevelop a Preventative Maintenance Plan schedule and ensure is carried out, plan to perform missed maintenance activities and make the required adjustments to avoid this in the future.\n\nSupport the autonomous maintenance plan implementation by training the operators on the main “first line” maintenance activities.\n\nDrive an optimal maintenance work management, develop processes flow, ensure work orders creation, measure and track work order backlog and assign the technical personnel to the schedule’s activities.\n\nEnsure high levels of production assets availability and have fast reaction to fix unexpected machinery breakdowns.\n\nAchieve maintenance Key Performance Indicators targets (maintenance availability, work order backlog, schedule compliance, MTTR, MTBF and others). Ensure a clear understanding of metrics meanings, calculations and trends by all maintenance team.\n\nManage routine calibration and maintenance requirements of a variety of electro-mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.\n\nEnsure that designated buildings, plant and facilities are fit for purpose and provide proactive support/solutions when required.\n\nProcess Governance: Leverage the CMMS to streamline workflows, ensure accurate failure analysis, and monitor the planned-to-unplanned maintenance ratio to drive continuous improvement in machine availability.\n\nAnnual Budget Development: Lead the development of the yearly maintenance budget, encompassing planned maintenance costs, spare parts inventory, and capital expenditure (CapEx) requirements to support operational continuity.\n\nCost Optimization: Plan and execute cost-reduction initiatives while ensuring the effective utilization of resources, balancing short-term financial targets with long-term asset health.\n\nDon’t let a few unmet requirements chill your enthusiasm!
